AutoDS is a dropshipping app that imports supplier products into your store and automates order handling and price and stock monitoring; on its Shopify App Store listing it costs $26.90 a month for 200 product imports, $39.90 for 500 and $66.90 for 1,000, with a 3-day trial. It is worth paying for if you will run a few hundred products and want that automation from the start. If you run one Shopify store with an AliExpress-based catalogue and want the lowest bill, DSers’ free plan covers up to 3,000 supplier products, so start there and move to AutoDS only for a feature you need.

The page does not say whether automatic order placing needs the Auto Ordering add-on, while the listing shows “order management” on Import 200. Confirm it during the trial: if you need the add-on, Import 200 becomes $36.80 a month (26.90 + 9.90). The plan table on the vendor page loads by script and could not be read, so the plan prices above come from the listing.

The free DSers plan has no pricing rules, tracking pages or staff accounts and one sales channel; with pricing rules it is $19.90 a month (Advanced). Each vendor counts products its own way, so read this as where each bill steps up, not an exact like-for-like. Who it fits
- Stores that will run 200 to 1,000 products and want order handling and price and stock monitoring in one app, accepting a monthly fee from day one.
- Sellers adding print on demand alongside dropshipping: the listing shows POD on the entry plan.
- Up to three stores on one account (Advanced 1K).
Poor fit: a first test of a handful of products on one store, where a free plan does the job; and catalogues above 1,000 products, which no listed plan covers.

Supplier coverage, supported sales channels, shipping times and the quality of the automation are not stated here, because the pages we could read do not list them in a checkable form. Supplier quality depends on the supplier you choose, not the app; use the supplier vetting steps and order samples. Does AutoDS charge per order?
No per-order fee appears on the listing or the pricing page read; plans are priced by product count. Add-ons are separate monthly fees.
Is AutoDS better than Zendrop?
